We can provide an independent Pre-Purchase property report which will inform you about the condition of the property you are about to purchase. New Construction & Handover Reports

Once your new home is complete, and you are nearing final inspection with your builder it is a wise idea to invest in a final Handover Report. This will provide peace of mind from an independent advisor that all construction points have been satisfied. 

Defect Reports

As a part of the defect report process we will examine a range of potential problems from building code breaches, structural issues to paint overruns. This report will also include not only the defect, the cause, but also why it is a defect, who is responsible, methods of ratification and costs to rectify.
